For every referred friend who becomes a customer, we’ll thank you with a reward of your choice: a £20 Account Credit for you, or a £20 charity donation made on your behalf. Just our small way of saying thank you for helping us grow.

Our refer-a-friend programme is managed by MyGreenReferrals who will process your data and send you referral-related emails.

Who can make referrals? expand_more
Our referral program is for current and past customers. If you’ve used our services before, you’re eligible to refer friends and earn rewards.

Haven’t booked with us yet? You’re still welcome to recommend us — but you won't be eligible for referral rewards.

How do I join the referral program? expand_more
No sign-up needed. If you’re a current or past customer, just enter your email above — we’ll send you a one-time passcode to log in to your referral dashboard.

If you’re having trouble logging in or believe you should have access, contact us and we’ll help you get set up.
How do I refer friends? expand_more
Login to access your referral dashboard, where you can:
- Send invites by email
- Copy your unique referral link
- Share your unique referral link on social media
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer? expand_more
Not at all! You can refer as many friends as you like — and you’ll earn a reward for each successful referral.
How can I check the status of my referrals? expand_more
Login to access your referral dashboard, where you can track the status of each referral and see when rewards are earned.
What are the rules for earning rewards? expand_more
Your friend must use your unique referral link when signing up and submit their email so we can track the referral. If they don’t use the link, they must mention that they were referred by you at the time of payment. Referrals will not be assigned retroactively.

Once your referral is recorded, it needs to meet the following criteria to qualify for a reward:

  • Your friend must not be an existing or past client of ours.
  • Your friend’s address must be within our service area to qualify.
  • Your friend must sign up for our lawn care treatment programme.
  • Your friend must use your referral link when signing up.

Rewards are only issued once your referred friend completes all the required steps to become a customer. You’ll be able to track their progress — and your reward status — in your referral dashboard.
How and when will I receive my reward? expand_more
When your reward is marked as earned, you’ll be able to choose how you’d like to be rewarded.
You can make your selection in the Rewards section of your referral dashboard.

If you choose £20 Account Credit, We'll manually credit your account with the reward amount at the end of the month.
If you select £20 Charity Donation, For every referral we receive, we’ll set aside £10 for Teenage Cancer Trust and £10 for Greenfingers, then make one combined donation to each charity at the end of the season.
I was notified of a successful referral — why haven’t I received my reward yet? expand_more
After your reward is marked as earned, it can take 3 to 7 business days for it to be processed and fulfilled.

If it’s been longer than that and your reward still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll be happy to look into it.
I can’t access my referral dashboard — what should I do? expand_more
Make sure you’re using the same email address we have on file for you. If you’re still unable to access your referral dashboard, contact us and we’ll help get you set up.
